Trellus Health falls into administration, AIM shares to be cancelled

By: financial-news.co.uk3 Oct 2026
Trellus Health, the AIM-listed digital health platform operator, entered administration on 24 August 2026 after running out of funds to continue trading. Paul Zalkin and Tom Parish of Quantuma Advisory were appointed joint administrators to protect creditors' interests.

Shares in TRLS, suspended since May after heavy losses, face cancellation from AIM on 5 October 2026 unless a new nominated adviser is appointed, leaving shareholders facing a total wipeout.

The company is still seeking a buyer for its US subsidiary, Trellus Health Inc, though it has warned shareholders not to expect any return even if a sale succeeds.
