HMRC winding-up petition against Purplebricks to be withdrawn

Purplebricks says its tax liabilities have been settled and it was in dialogue with HMRC before the petition was filed. Annual accounts for the year to March 2025 are also late, blamed on a new chief financial officer, with filing expected shortly.
