The service

InsolvencyIndex makes public information about corporate insolvencies in the United Kingdom searchable. With a free account you can follow companies and receive alerts.

Accuracy of the information

We combine information from several public sources, including The Gazette and Companies House. We cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete and up to date. If in doubt, the official source prevails. The information is not legal or financial advice; you use it at your own risk. If you believe an entry is inaccurate, please contact us and we will correct it.

Use of the information

You may consult the information for your own use. You may not extract the website by automated means (scraping) or copy, resell or republish the information without our written permission.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secret. We may block an account in case of misuse. You can ask us to delete your account at any time via info@insolvencyindex.co.uk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by errors or omissions in the information, by the website being unavailable, or by third-party information we link to.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your part of the United Kingdom gives you.
