UK corporate insolvencies hit four-month high in August

Corporate insolvencies in Great Britain reached 1,946 in August, up 0.6% on July's 1,934 but 3% below August last year's 2,007, according to Azets restructuring partner Andy McGill. He points to a surge in administrations and compulsory liquidations behind the rise.
