How current is the information

Everything on this site comes from official sources. We add to it daily and enrich it, so that every case file stays up to date. As soon as a new notice appears for a company, the case file is updated automatically — each one shows when that last happened.

What a case file contains

Each case file brings together the essentials of one insolvency:

• ✓ the type of procedure and, where there is one, the court
• ✓ the appointed insolvency practitioner, with firm details for registered users
• ✓ the full notice history, with the text of each notice
• ✓ documents filed with the register, such as progress reports
• ✓ company number, registered office and trading address

Auctions

Alongside case files we collect insolvency auctions from participating online auction houses, sorted by category and region. That way you can see at a glance what is being sold out of insolvencies.

News

Our editors follow insolvency news and link articles to the case files they concern. For larger insolvencies that gives you the context an official notice never carries.
