Bentley Carter Apartments Ltd, which converted a Grade II-listed former chapel on Little Horton Lane, Bradford, into flats, faces a winding-up petition filed by Bradford Council. The case will be heard at the High Court on 21 October.

Council documents describe it as a creditor. Director Farrukh Karim Qureshi has run the firm since 2012. Latest accounts to April 2025 showed net assets of £56,580, with liabilities including £735,583 due after more than one year.

The petition was published in The London Gazette on 24 September.
