
The move follows an earlier administration in March 2026, which put 682 jobs at risk after the company struggled to fill spaces following the pandemic. NCP, founded in 1931 and owned by Japanese firm Park24, blamed reduced occupancy on changed commuting patterns and costly, inflexible leases on loss-making sites.
