Winding-up petition filed against Great Harwood furnishing firm
Vita Cellular Foams (UK) Ltd has petitioned the High Court to wind up ZAS Furnishings Ltd over an alleged unpaid debt. The petition is listed for hearing on 14 October.
If granted, the company would enter compulsory liquidation, with insolvency practitioners appointed to realise assets for creditors. No order has yet been made.
The case follows director Syed Ali Abbas's five-year disqualification over illegal working breaches and an unpaid £90,000 Home Office penalty.
