AIM-listed technology company Pulsar Group has resolved two winding-up petitions from HMRC, against itself and against subsidiary ResponseSource, filed with the High Court in London. The company says it has paid the outstanding tax debt from regular cash receipts.

The matter concerns overdue VAT and PAYE obligations to HMRC. Pulsar reports a robust underlying trading position and record revenue of £33m for the half-year to 31 May 2026, an increase of 10% compared with the previous year. The share price is nonetheless nearly 30% lower than a year ago.

Subsidiary ResponseSource, which connects journalists with PR professionals, is facing declining revenue and headcount according to the latest annual accounts.
