Winding-up petition filed against Great Harwood furnishings firm
Vita Cellular Foams (UK) Ltd has petitioned the High Court to wind up ZAS Furnishings Ltd over an alleged unpaid debt. The company faces a hearing on 14 October.
If successful, insolvency practitioners would be appointed to liquidate the company's assets for creditors. Objecting or supporting parties must notify the court beforehand.
The petition follows director Syed Ali Abbas's disqualification over illegal worker employment and an unpaid Home Office penalty.
