Seven linked firms wound up in High Court after false filings uncovered

Investigators found accounts containing false or misleading auditor information, with named audit firms denying any involvement. Several companies had no genuine presence at their registered addresses, and their controllers could not be identified.

The companies, spanning Blackpool, London, Manchester and Reading, were wound up on 22 September 2026 in the public interest, to protect the integrity of the companies register.
