Warrington facade installer enters creditors' voluntary liquidation
Bamboo Facade Installations Limited, based at 207 Knutsford Road in Grappenhall, Warrington, entered creditors' voluntary liquidation on 28 September. Anthony Murphy of Kantara Restructuring Limited has been appointed liquidator.
The company specialised in construction activities not elsewhere classified. It follows Orford-based Warrington Plastics Ltd, which entered creditors' voluntary liquidation after a winding-up resolution on 23 September.
