Saltney aircraft maintenance firm NW Aviation goes into liquidation
NW Aviation Ltd, based in Saltney, Flintshire, has entered creditors' voluntary liquidation after members voted to wind up the business at a meeting on 17 September.
Ian James Royle and David Adam Broadbent of Begbies Traynor were appointed joint liquidators. The company, incorporated in 2018, specialised in aircraft and spacecraft repair and maintenance.
Its affairs will now be wound up, with any remaining assets realised for creditors' benefit.
