Adur Council in talks with administrator after NCP collapse hits Luton car park

The car park, part of a development also including a Premier Inn and Bannatyne health club, contributed 14% of the site's annual rental income at the time of purchase. The administrator still holds the lease, so the council says it cannot yet quantify any lost income.

The car park is closed to the general public but remains accessible to hotel guests and gym members under existing parking arrangements. The council is considering appointing an interim operator and eventually a new commercial lease.
