Amber Beverage UK, the British distribution arm of Amber Beverage Group, has entered administration after reporting losses of more than £21.1 million for 2024. Directors filed notice at the High Court in London on 16 October to appoint BDO's Danny Dartnaill and Timothy Charles Townley as joint administrators, and trading ceased on 19 October.

Latest status: Amber Beverage Uk Limited – Administration (21 Oct 2026)

The £21.1 million loss, shown in the company's last accounts, preceded a filing that followed failed attempts to sell the business as a going concern. Most of the 27-strong workforce have been made redundant, with a few retained to help realise assets. The company's lender is reported to have agreed to the appointment.

Amber Beverage UK distributed brands including Stoli vodka in the UK.
