Harrogate law firm Berwins Solicitors enters administration after 40 years

Based on North Park Road, the firm advised on corporate and commercial law, property, family law and private client work. Founder Paul Berwin left the board in December 2025, and Danielle Day had been managing director since 2025. Several other directors also departed.

Accounts to June 2025 showed staff down from 47 to 40, net assets of about £296,000 (from £400,000) and cash of £68,000 (from £127,000). The position of employees and clients is not yet established.
