Winding-up petition filed against Blu Fitness SW Ltd after Kidderminster gym shuts
A winding-up petition has been filed against Blu Fitness SW Ltd, owner of the former HYPR Fitness gym at Weavers Wharf, Kidderminster. LCP Estates Ltd brought the petition in October, months after the gym closed in June.
Forfeiture notices in the windows state that Parkinson Bailiff Services Ltd is acting for the landlord side, locks have been changed and equipment is being held for collection.
The unit, over 24,000 sq ft, is now being marketed to let by Creative Retail on a new full repairing and insuring lease.
