HMRC seeks winding-up order against Milford Haven patent agents
HMRC has petitioned the High Court to wind up Freedom Online, a Milford Haven-based patent and copyright agents, over unpaid tax. The notice was published in the London Gazette on 11 September following an August petition hearing.
The hearing is listed for 23 September at the High Court in London, where a judge will decide whether to grant a winding-up order. If successful, the company would enter compulsory liquidation, with a liquidator appointed to realise assets and distribute funds to creditors.
Anyone wishing to support or oppose the petition must notify HMRC's solicitors by 4pm on 22 September.
