Zurich Finance (Uk) PLC – Members' voluntary liquidation: Two Zurich group companies in Swindon enter voluntary liquidation
Zurich Finance (UK) PLC and the dormant Allied Dunbar Provident PLC, both part of Zurich Insurance Group and based at Unity Place in Swindon, resolved to wind up voluntarily on 20 October 2026. Liquidators have been appointed to both companies.

The notice states that all known liabilities to creditors of both companies will be paid in full, and creditors are asked to submit proof of debt in the coming weeks.
The liquidations form part of a routine simplification of Zurich's legal entity structure. No employees are affected and Unity Place operations continue unchanged.
