SnackVerse Limited enters administration, Cromwell & Co's Kieran Bourne appointed
SnackVerse Limited, a UK subscription business delivering monthly boxes of snacks from different countries, has entered administration after four years of trading. Kieran Bourne of Cromwell & Co Insolvency Practitioners was appointed administrator on 2 November, according to The Gazette.

Founded in 2022, the company sold boxes priced from £7.99 to £23.99. This year the Advertising Standards Authority found it had made misleading claims about earlier boxes (May) and breached promotional marketing rules over a "50 per cent off" offer with a restarting countdown timer (9 October).
The company's future is unclear. No comment from the company or the administrator has been reported.
