Climax Promotions & Events Ltd – Winding-up petition: Premium Credit petitions High Court to wind up Newport events firm Climax Promotions
Premium Credit Limited, claiming to be a creditor, has petitioned the High Court of Justice to wind up Climax Promotions and Events Limited, a Newport-based events company, on 7 September. The firm ran the In It Together festival at Margam when it launched in 2022.

Climax Promotions and Events Limited, also trading as Escape Records, was incorporated in 2020, according to Companies House. Earlier this year it was reported that venues in Caerphilly, Abergele and Holyhead went unpaid for Halloween and Christmas events.
Festivals Group UK, which now runs the festival, says In It Together (28 to 30 May 2027) will proceed under new ownership and existing tickets will be honoured.
