Milford Haven's Lord Nelson Hotel company enters creditors' voluntary liquidation
Lord Nelson Hotel Ltd, which runs the Lord Nelson Hotel in Milford Haven, has entered creditors' voluntary liquidation. Liquidators from McAlister & Co were appointed on 2 September after directors concluded the company could not meet its liabilities.
Companies House filings show debts of £724,852.04 owed to four creditors, including £286,228.56 to HM Revenue and Customs, against estimated assets of just £22,408.20.
The hotel remains open and taking bookings; liquidation affects the company, not necessarily trading. Its registered office has moved to the liquidators' Swansea address.
