Net-zero housebuilder Pearcroft Homes goes into liquidation
Pearcroft Homes, a self-styled leading UK developer of carbon-neutral luxury homes founded in 2022, has entered liquidation. Liquidators were appointed on 8 September, following a winding-up petition brought by plumbing supplier Wolseley UK.
Companies House records show the winding-up process began in April 2023, with a High Court order made in October 2023 by District Judge Mantle. Pearcroft had been inactive on social media since August 2023, when it was last promoting investment opportunities.
Paraskevi Iacovou and Peter Kubik of UHY Hacker Young LLP have been appointed liquidators. Creditors who have not yet submitted proofs of debt have been asked to contact the liquidators.
