Car dealer PMS from Haverfordwest goes bust after showroom closure
Pembroke Motor Services (PMS), a well-known car dealer in Haverfordwest, went into voluntary liquidation on 28 August. Gareth Stones of Stones & Co Insolvency Practitioners has been appointed as liquidator.
Sales activities at Salutation Square had already ceased before the company went into liquidation. The premises, covering more than 900 square metres, are for sale for around £1.2 million and are currently under offer, with possible redevelopment for retail or hospitality use.
The separate business Greens Motors, run by the same Green family, remains active at Withybush Business Park with a workshop and parts sales. PMS was founded in 1991; the family's trading history in the region dates back to 1843.
