LCH Dee View in administration, leaving Chester's Red House flats unfinished
Wirral-based developer LCH Dee View Ltd entered administration on Wednesday 7 October, leaving apartments unfinished on the former Red House pub and restaurant site in Sandy Lane, Boughton, Chester.

The builder fenced off part of the adopted public highway, and Cheshire West and Chester Council is taking legal advice on reopening the footway. It hopes another developer will deliver the approved scheme, and its planning team will talk to interested parties.
