LCH Dee View Limited – Administration: Red House site in Chester left unfinished as LCH Dee View Ltd enters administration
LCH Dee View Ltd, the Wirral-based developer building flats on the former Red House pub and restaurant in Sandy Lane, Boughton, Chester, entered administration on Wednesday 7 October, leaving apartments unfinished.

The developer fenced off part of the adopted public highway during construction. Cheshire West and Chester Council is taking legal advice on reopening the footway and hopes a new developer will complete the approved scheme.
The administrators are not named.
