Warrington Plastics enters creditors' voluntary liquidation

Warrington Plastics Ltd, a plastic fabrication firm in Orford, has gone into creditors' voluntary liquidation after members passed a winding-up resolution on 23 September.

Dylan Quail of Chorley-based Business Guardian (Money Managers UK Ltd) was appointed liquidator the same day by members and creditors.

The company traded from Winstanley Industrial Estate. No details on debts, staff or the site's future were disclosed.
