House Of Unique Parfum Limited – Creditors' voluntary liquidation: Bella Bellissima perfume operator House of Unique Parfum enters liquidation
House of Unique Parfum Ltd, which trades as luxury fragrance brand Bella Bellissima, has entered voluntary liquidation after 19 years in business. A resolution to wind up the company was passed on 21 October, and the brand is expected to close.

Quantuma Advisory Limited's Nicholas Simmonds and Chris Newell were appointed joint liquidators, according to The Gazette. Bella Crane founded the brand in 2007.
It is stocked at Harrods stores in London, Lakeside and Gateshead and counts royal clientele among its customers. The company has been approached for comment.
