Oxfordshire event security firm liquidated owing over £561,000
Newman Event Services Limited, formerly of Bloxham Mill near Banbury, has entered creditors' voluntary liquidation owing an estimated £561,600.86 to 21 creditors. The company provided event security and crowd management services.
Assets are expected to realise almost £51,000, leaving a deficiency of more than £576,000. HM Revenue & Customs is owed nearly £395,000.
Deviesh Raikundalia of Hall Chadwick was appointed liquidator following a special resolution signed by the sole director on 7 September.
