Winding-up petition FITZ 07 LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 15 September 2026 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by James David Huntley Naylor and Archibald Edward Charles Edmonstone, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that Fitz 07 Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC843630) and having its registered office at Clyde Offices, 46 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed in which Petition Sheriff BM Cameron, by Interlocutor dated 16 September 2026, meantime appointed Graeme Bain, Insolvency Practitioner, of Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, for a limited period of 3 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator to the said Company, whichever is earlier and ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
