Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 8 September 2026 by The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation, a body corporate established under section 127 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and having a place of business at 2nd Floor, 1 Friargate, Station Square, Coventry, CV1 2GN for an order to wind up Qualifications for Industry Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC371435) and to appoint Linda Hastings of Hastings & Co (Insolvency) Ltd to be interim liquidator of the said Qualifications for Industry Limited, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 11 September 2026 ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after this advertisement.
