NOTICE is hereby given that on 14 May 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Dumfries by MKM Building Supplies Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having a place of business at Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE craving the Court, inter alia, that Garden Rooms (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and previously having their Registered Office at Braswell Farm, Annan Road, Dumfries DG1 3JZ and now registered at Douievale Annan Road, Dumfries DG1 3SE (Company Registration number: SC458491) be wound up by the Court; and in which petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Dumfries by Interlocutor dated 18 May 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Buccleuch Street, Dumfries DG1 2AN within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; All of which Notice is hereby given.
