Scottish company insolvencies down 23% in August 2026
Figures from the Accountant in Bankruptcy show 73 company insolvencies registered in Scotland in August 2026, a 23% fall compared with August 2025.
The total comprised 30 creditors' voluntary liquidations, 35 compulsory liquidations and eight administrations. No CVAs or receivership appointments were recorded during the month.
