Indian restaurant Black Salt falls into administration
Black Salt Sheen Limited, sister restaurant to Michelin Bib Gourmand-holding Dastaan, has entered administration. Rupen Patel and Duncan Coutts of Coots & Boots were appointed joint administrators on 15 September.
The Upper Richmond Road West restaurant appears to remain trading, with bookings still being accepted through its website.
Launched in 2021, it had drawn favourable reviews from national critics.
