Mahiki brand owner CAAMBA wound up by Manchester court
CAAMBA Limited, formerly Mahiki Brands Holding, was wound up by the Manchester Business and Property Courts on 1 September 2026. Paul Palmer of Marshall Peters was appointed liquidator on 9 September.
The company, incorporated in 2019 and controlled by EBH Holdings since September 2025, holds the EU trademark for Mahiki. Accounts to March 2025 showed net liabilities of about £1 million.
The impact on the Mahiki trademarks and brand's future remains unclear. The Mayfair venue closed in 2021.
