Cambium Networks' UK arm files notice to appoint administrators
Cambium Networks Ltd, the UK subsidiary of US-listed Cambium Networks Corporation, has filed a Notice of Intent to appoint administrators. The wireless networking specialist supplied equipment to enterprises and internet service providers worldwide.
Administrators will seek buyers for assets and business lines, with other group entities wound up locally. The parent firm was delisted from Nasdaq in March and recently cut 260 jobs.
Cambium's UK business previously supplied altnet Airband. Customers, partners and staff now face uncertainty pending any sale.
