Creditors of J Tomlinson claim over £35 million
Unsecured creditors have submitted claims totalling more than £35 million against collapsed British construction firm J Tomlinson of Nottingham. Liquidators from FRP Advisory report this in a new update.
The company went into liquidation three years ago. According to liquidators Rajnesh Mittal and Nathan Jones, there are sufficient funds to still make a distribution to unsecured creditors, although the winding-up process is still ongoing.
