HMRC, the UK tax authority, is by far the largest creditor, owed around £288,000 in outstanding tax (including PAYE, NIC and VAT). The directors stated that continuing to trade had become untenable due to the level of debt. Liquidator Ian Douglas Yerrill was appointed on 20 August 2026.
There is no question of a rescue or restart: the liquidation is solely aimed at realising the remaining assets, such as vehicles and tools, and distributing proceeds to creditors. Uncertain outstanding invoices owed by customers may yield a further, limited amount.
