Winding-up petition against British wholesaler Stilton Butchers
Stilton Butchers Wholesale UK, based at Minerva Business Park in Peterborough, received a winding-up petition on 24 June. Creditor Channel Meats of London filed the petition.
The case is due to be heard on 23 September at the Companies Court in London. The company, established in April 2024, also received a notice of compulsory strike-off, which has been temporarily suspended following an objection.
The directors are James Peter Morgan and Gary Gordon Pearson.
