British tour operator Immaculate Travel wound up by court order
Travel company Immaculate Travel, which had organised coach trips to destinations including Rome, Amsterdam and Windsor Castle for more than twenty years, has been wound up by the British High Court. The winding-up followed a petition from lender Bizcap Limited.
The winding-up petition was filed in May and heard on 21 July by Judge Matharu, after which the company was wound up under the Insolvency Act 1986. In addition to landmarks in the United Kingdom, the company also organised trips to Amsterdam, Rome and Paris, and hired out coaches for school trips, festivals and sporting events.
Companies House now lists the company as 'in liquidation'.
