Directors of Bolton company banned for years after Covid loan fraud

By: The Bolton News14 Sept 2026
Two directors of British company Jelly Days Ltd have been disqualified as company directors for 11 and 6 years respectively. The reason is a false application for a Covid emergency loan of £43,000 in 2020.

The loan was not demonstrably spent for the benefit of the company. At the time of liquidation in April 2023, £33,519 was still outstanding.
