British organiser of Hampshire air festival goes into liquidation
Montserrat Events and Festivals, organiser of the Hampshire Air Festival, is going into liquidation. The event, planned for 12 and 13 September at Thruxton Aerodrome, has been cancelled.
The board is seeking independent legal and insolvency advice. Founder Jonathan Moore had wanted to turn the festival, which grew out of the Lee Victory Festival, into an annual event.
