Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Director of the above named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator or Joint Liquidators by way of a virtual meeting. Any creditor unable to participate personally, but wishing to vote at the meeting can either nominate a person to participate on their behalf, or nominate the Chair of the meeting to vote on their behalf.
