Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Director of the above named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator or Joint Liquidators by way of a virtual meeting.
