Creditors' voluntary liquidation CAREWEST LTD

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules'). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Rosler, of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QZ. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a Liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 26 January 2024 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 2. That the Liquidator’s fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, to a limit of £22,541.50, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken. 3. That the Liquidator be authorised to recover all Category 2 expenses, calculated on the bases detailed in Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited’s Summary.
