Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting.
A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. For the removal of Richard Hunt as liquidator. 2. For the appointment of Mr Lawrence King of Anthony Batty & Co. Thames Valley as liquidator. 3. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established. 4. That the costs incurred in convening the meeting will rank as an expense of the liquidation.
The meeting will be held at 3.30 pm on 5 January 2026.
