Notice is hereby given by Georgina Marie Eason and James Alexander Snowdon, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 15 April 2026, to submit the claims. Creditors of the company are required on or before 17 June 2026, to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to MHA Advisory Ltd, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in their proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
