Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 , that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held on 23 January 2026 at Unit 8 The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN at 10.30 am. As a result of the requirement to hold this physical meeting the original decision procedure is terminated. The chair of the meeting has discretion to permit remote attendance at the meeting if such a request to do so is received in advance of the meeting.
Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this physical meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy with the convener before they may be used at the meeting.
