It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 4pm on 19 November 2026. 2. That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed as a fixed fee of £75,000 plus 15% of realisations achieved by the Joint Liquidators, plus VAT.
