An application by the Company’s joint administrators Philip Lewis Armstrong, Chad Griffin and Geoffrey Paul Rowley each of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU (together, the “Administrators”) that:
1. pursuant to paragraph 79(1) of Schedule B1 to the Act, the Administrators’ appointment cease to have effect;
2. pursuant to paragraph 79(4) of Schedule B1 to the Act, immediately upon the Administrators’ appointment ceasing to have effect, the Company be compulsorily wound up on the basis that it is unable to pay its debts and that it is just and equitable for the Company to be wound up;
3. pursuant to s140(1) of Schedule B1 to the Act, the Administrators be appointed as liquidators of the Company with effect on and from the Company entering into liquidation;
4. pursuant to paragraph 98(2)(c) of Schedule B1 of the Act, the Administrators be discharged from liability in respect of any actions of theirs and as Administrators; and
5. the costs and expenses of this application be paid as an expense of the administration of the Company,
will be heard at the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Thursday 19 March 2026 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the application can be heard). Information and materials relating to the application may be requested from the Administrators or their Solicitor. The Administrators respectfully request that any person intending to appear on the hearing of the application (whether to support or oppose it) give notice of intention to do so to the Administrators or to their Solicitor by 16:00 hours on Wednesday 18 March 2026.
